Not just any ordinary meatballs but cheesy meatballs, can go with spaghetti. My only regret is I didn't put enough cheese😟
No particular measurements but here's my agaration recipe:
Abt 300-400gm minced meat
Cheddar cheese
Shallots and spring onions (optional but more fragrant)
- seasoned minced meat with garlic salt, white and black pepper, chicken powder, huatiao jiu, sesame oil, light soya sauce, flour, 1 egg. You can add the diced shallots & spring onions too if you'd like.
- Mixed all up and slap the "bugger" few times in bowl to soften meat more hehe!
- take a table spoon size meat, flattened it and put cheese in the middle and roll into ball.
- fry till golden brown and serve with whatever you suka
