mine is a easy version recipe:
Belly meat 1/2 kg ( cut into 2" pieces), marinate with pinch of salt and coat with cornflour

Prepare sauce:
1) light soya sauce 1tbsp
2) Hp sauce 11/2 tbsp
3) LP sauce 1 tbsp
4) sesame oil 1tsp
5) instant coffee powder 3 tbsp ( adjust to ur liking)
6) sugar ( own preference )
7) water ( mix all sauce then last add in water.. Stir well and taste to ur liking

Method:
1) deep fried belly meat , set aside
2) leave abit oil in wok, pour in sauce stir in mid fire
3) once sauce thicken, pour in fried belly meat, quick stir , serve!!!
