Cantonese pork chop recipe:
200g pork chop ( I use 五花肉)

Marinade : 1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp water
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp baking
Soda
Cornflour ( mix in 1/2 hrs b4 deep fried)

Sauce for pork chop:

2tbsp ketchup
1tbsp brown sugar
2tbsp HP sauce
1tbsp Worcestershire sauce
100ml water

Cooking method:
1) pour in all marinade , mix
Well.. Add in pork chop ,
Marinated at least 4 hrs
2) pour in cornflour .. Mix well
At least 30 mins b4 cook
3) heat oil.. Deep fry pork
Chop till golden brown, set
Aside
4) heat wok, pour in pork chop
Sauce, boil till thicken, add
In pork chop, quick stir ..
