Honey Chicken Mid Wings by Lily Ooh

Season honey Chicken mid wing for stocks.
2 kgs chicken wings
2 tablespoon raw sugar 
1 teaspoon 5 spice power
2 tablespoon oyster sauce
5-6 cloves garlic smash 
1 tablespoon giner juice
2 tablespoon sesame oil ,dark sauce, light sauce
Mix all ingredients, keep refrigerator over night. And pan fried till cooked.
