Ham & Cheese Roll Bread by Jenni Chen

Recipe : 
280 g bread flour -
50 g butter -
3 tbsp sugar -
2 tbsp milk powder -
1 tsp salt - 
1 egg -
160 ml water -
1tsp instant dry yeast .

I use Panasonic bread maker menu 9 for the dough 

Method : Cut the dough into 2 equal pieces , roll it and let rest for 15 minutes and cover it . Roll it pieces into rectangle ,layer half with ham and half with cheese .roll it firmly to form log .cut the log .place roll in greasy line .proff it for 40 minutes . brush it with egg and .bake at preheated oven 180 degree celcius for 20-25 minutes (my oven ) or until brown color
