Steam Herbal Chicken Drumstick by Evelyn Lim





1 drumstick

Rub with salt rinse. Poke few pokes submerge in salt water for half an hour.

Prepare few pcs dried longan, red dates, dang gui, yu zhu, dang sheng, bei Qi n huai San. Rinse n clean . Boil 1 cup water put in herbs boil 5 minutes.

Put drumstick in a deep bowl n pour in herbal with the juice..add 1 tsb light soya sauce n 1tbsp hua tio jiu. Cover with aluminium foil steam in big flame for 30 min turn medium flame steam for another 1.5 hrs.
