Pink Bread by Ina Tay




1) Warm 150g of milk with 20g condensed milk and 20g unsalted butter then pour into bread machine
2) Add 30g raw sugar and 1/4 tsp salt
3) Add 225g bread flour and 25g cake flour.
4) Dig a small hole in between the flour and add in 3/4 tsp yeast
5) Start kneading and after that cover and proof for 30 mins
6) Take out the dough (sprinkle some flour to avoid stickiness) and separate 1/3 out. Add in 1tsp of strawberry paste and knead the paste in and thoroughly.
7) Cover both plain dough and strawberry dough for 15 mins.
8) Roll and flatten the plain dough according to the width of your bread machine container
9) Flatten the strawberry dough at the side (slightly smaller than the plain dough) and then place it on top of the plain dough
10) Use hand and roll it up like a swiss roll and place it into the bread machine. Cover and proof for 30 mins.
11) Apply some egg wash on top and start baking. Approx 30 mins. Until crust turn brown.
