Batter recipe -

Plain flour 200gms
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon tumeric powder

A little salt.
Water as needed.

Put all these ingredients above n use hand whisk to mix till smooth batter. The water u add is as needed. The batter should not be watery(runnery) or too thick. The consistency should be just right.
After mixing strain the mixture.
Take the strained mixture poured to the container.
In a non stick pan grease a little oil then do as shown in video.
This jalar cooks very very fast. Once u see the sides flipping up then start folding them.

Remember to grease pan each tin u pour the batter.

The actual tradition way of doing jalar is by adding coconut milk. But i don't add them instead i use plain water. It does not affect the taste of it in fact it's more healthier choice.
Try it.
