Deep fried prawns fritters by Sharon Foo



Recipe for the prawns by Sharon - My version is 1 cup self raising flour. Then scoop out 50ml from it. Then add in another 50ml of tapioca flour. Then you Add some pepper n salt. Mix only with cold water into a thick kind of batter. When you got the batter well mix add in a tbsp of oil into it. (I mix it n leave it in the fridge to get ready other things first) Then dap yr prawns into yr hot oil n deep fry. Done.
