I freeze the luncheon meat (for easy shaving purpose).. then use peeler to shave it to the thinnest possible.. put in air fryer @ 200 degree Celsius for 5 mins or when it turns brown and Crispy. Without airfryer can try oven.. might just take longer to crisp
