Teriyaki Honey Wings by Angela Seah Thulin




Recipe:
Ingredients -
1 tbsp ginger, minced
2 big gloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup Mirin
5 tbsp honey
1/2 cup + 1/2 tbsp Japan light soya sauce
8-10 whole wings, chopped into 2 parts per wings
1 tbsp corn starch mix with 1 tbsp water
180degree - 45mins
225 degree - 10mins

Steps -
Preheat oven ~ 180degree celsius
1) In a bowl, mix the light soya sauce, honey, mirin, garlic, ginger together.
2) In a small bowl, mix the corn starch n water together then pour this into point no.1
3) In a baking tray, arrange your wings in one layer.
4) Pour the above mixed sauce to these wings.
5) Bake in oven for 50mins, turn the wings after 25mins.
6) After that, change the oven temp to 225degree celsius and place the wings back to let it slightly charred for 7-10mins
7) Garnish & serve. You may wish to keep the sauce for dipping.
