Pong pong prawn fritter by Evelyn Lim

Ingredients -
50g rice flour
50g corn flour 
100g plain flour 

1tsb baking powder
Pin of salt n white pepper
Cold water - I forgot how much (u try bit by bit) 
The battle need to be in thick runny stage not watery 
Prawn need to season with some salt n ginger wine (ginger juice n hua Tio)
Coat with flour and dip in the battle

20-24 medium prawns
