Korean Spicy Stir-fried Pork ( dwaejigogi-bokkeum) by Sharon Kwek

Pork 600g
1/4 cabbage
1 big onion (slice)
1 carrot

Marinate:-
2 tbsp Kochujang
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp rice wine
Salt and pepper to taste

Method
1. Cut pork into slices and marinate with above and let it sit for about an hour.

2. Slice onion, cabbage and carrot thinly.

3. Heat a pan and put 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and sautée the onion until brown, add in carrot and cabbage and stir fried for about 2 minutes.

4. Add in the pork and continue to fry until pork cook and the vegetables slightly soften. You can add some water if you think it's too dry.
