Garlic Pork Chop with Mushroom sauce by Sharon Foo

Recipe by Sharon (Garlic Pork Chop) -
4 pork chop (give it a gd pound)
8clove garlic slightly chop
1tbsp soya sauce
1tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Pepper
1egg
Marinate overnite n just pan grill it till cook pour mushroom sauce over it.

Recipe by Sharon (Mushroom sauce) -
50g butter
280g button mushroom
2 clove garlic chopped /paste
200ml water / milk / chicken stock ( USE EITHER ONE). I use cook chicken stock
6 tbsp cream / 8tbsp if u intend to use it as mushroom dipper.
1/4 tsp black pepper (omit if u dun like black pepper)
Dash of pepper
1/4tsp salt

Pls adjust Salt n pepper to taste accordingly to yr taste bud.
If u are using chicken cube stock pls reduce yr salt as cube is rather salty.
If u want to use it as a mushroom dip. Then blend it in and u are ready to go.

Step A) Heat up pan , add in the butter with some olive oil. Add in yr chopped garlic or paste n follow by the mushroom. Sautéed till it's totally brown (must be really brown but not char da. Then add in the chicken stock to sizzle. Let it cook like for 5mins till boil n add in the cream plus the salt n pepper . Done

*if you are a onion lover. You can add in one white onion sautéed till it's soft then u add in yr garlic ,mushroom follow by step A.
