Fish Fritters by Pam Hi



Batter :
1 tbs melted butter
1 cup self raising flour
1/3 cup tapioca flour
1.5 tbs custard powder
1 tbs sugar
A pinch of salt
Water adjusted slowly to form a thick runny batter.

Marinate fish with some fish sauce, soya sauce, sugar & pepper.

Dip fish in batter & deep fry !
Serve with chilli sauce/mayonnaise/spicy mayonnaise (I got this from M&S and is really yummy)
