Marinate porky roughly bout 300gm
with some 1tbsp soya sauce, 1tsp sesame oil, dash of pepper with 1tbsp of corn flour.
Heat wok n add some oil into it n stir fry yr garlic till fragrant. Add in the pork to cha, then add 2/1/2 tbsp of dark soya sauce, 1/1/2 sugar n 2tbsp of water with 1tsp of cornflour. Cha till all carmalise n then dish up. Done pls adjust yr kiam tee to your liking.
