當歸醉蝦 DangGui Drunken Prawns by Jo R Zhu

Ingredient:
10 big prawns (u can have more)
3 slices of danggui head
15 woofberries
1 Taiwan Grapes Beer
Some ginger strips

Method:
Pour a can of beer into a pot
Put the prawn in, then put all other ingredients in as well & cover with lid, bring to boil for for 10-15min or shorter when the prawn turn red & are cooked.
