Custard filling for mooncake by Jenni Chen

Recipe: 20 gr cake flour, 20 gr corn flour , 25 gr custard flour , 2 eggs medium size , 140 ml milk , 30 gr sugar, 30 gr melted butter , 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Sieve flour and put aside . Mix milk ,sugar , vanilla extract egg and mix till all combined. Pour half of milk mixture to flour mix till no lump , pour all the milk mixture stir well . Cook at small heat for 10-20 minute last add melted butter cook till thickened. Place the pot at a bowl of ice water stir constantly till room temperature. Cover and put at refrigerator until use .
