Cream Cheese Frosting by Susan Kuek

Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting
8 oz cream cheese
2 oz butter
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 cups icing sugar (you can add more if you want)
2 tbsp fresh milk

1. Beat cream cheese and butter together until smooth and fluffy
2. Add sugar in 2 additions, beat until creamy.
3. Add in lemon juice and mix well.
4. Lastly the fresh milk. If you think it's too thick, you can add a little more fresh milk.
