Chicken Kuruma by Evelyn Wang




Here is the recipe:
Chicken Kuruma
Ingredients:-
Garlic
Ginger
Onions
Carrot
Chicken
Cashew Nuts
Kuruma Spice Powder
Milk / Coconut Milk
Vegetables

Method:-
Fry Garlic, Ginger and Onions in the oil in a pan over low flame for 2 minutes.
Add 500gm of chicken pieces into the pan and fry for 5 minutes.
Add carrot to the pan and fry for 2 minutes.
Mix 50gm of Kuruma Spice Powder with water and add salt to taste. Cover and cook for 10minutes.
Add remaining vegetable and cashew nuts and cook for 30 minutes. Add the milk and allow to simmer for 1 minute then serve.
