Bao skin by Tania Lim



Recipe by Tania Lim - 300 Hong Kong flour
25 g shortening
70g sugar
5g yeast
5g baking powder
120 ml water

Method
Mix all ingredients till combine n smooth(I use mixer)
Wrap with any fillings of your choice eg curry potatoes, bbq pork,minced pork ,tau sa paste etc
Proof for 30 mins
Steam at high temperature for 8 mins
PS: for raw ingredients like minced pork please steam longer
