Pan Cheesecake by Lily Ooh



From a Chinese recipe

Translated -
1. Prepare 20cm pan.
Ingredient A : 1 Cup plain flour (150 gram),3 tablespoons sugar,60 g butter (at room temperature) and 1 egg yolk.
Ingredient B : 100g cheese, 100 ml fresh cream, 1 egg, 1 egg white, 3 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons plain flour and a tablespoon of lemon juice.
2. Stir A ingredient on 20cm pan, til the dough comes together in a ball shape.
3. Flat in the pan, around the pan higher than the 2 to 3 cm.
4. Prick the dough with a fork on a number of holes.
5.Add cream cheese into a bowl, heat 30 seconds in a microwave oven, and stir well.
6.Add all ingredient B into the bowl, stir together.
7. Pour into the pan of and in low heat to stew for 35 to 45 minutes.
