Otar by Suri Aziz



Recipe (makes 5 small tray (10cmx3.5cm))
1200g yong tau foo fish paste or you may blend fresh fish fillet or sutchi fillet.
200g batang fillet sliced or cut into cubes...
1/2 bottle ayam brand rendang paste
2 tbsp glory sambal (opt if dun wan too spicy)
1egg
** mummy aak me add a splash abt 2/3 tbsp coconut milk. If dun have den opt out.
2 kaffir lime leaf thinly slice

In a pan fry rendang paste, chilli paste and lime leaf till fragrant.
Add coconut milk simmer awhile and set aside to cool.
Cool le add fish meat and paste and egg
Put into aluminium tray or pack into banana leaf.
Mine is mini ones so 10 min is done. If bigger agak agak the timing.
