Granny's Wings
1kg mid joint
120ml Oyster sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp dark soya sauce
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp five-spice powder
5 tbsp sugar
Marinate all the above overnight.
1. Originally -  deep fried them as it is .
2. Crispy - you could coat them with corn flour then deep fried them.
3. Oven bake - bake at 190 degree Celsius for 15mins then flip and bake for another 10mins or until wings are cooked.
*This is recommended to deep fry, bbq or oven baked. For my granny's wings, it is originally to deep fry without adding any kind of flour.
